We want you to love your official Ed Sheeran merchandise, but if something isn't quite right, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All apparel must be in its original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your digital return confirmation.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
